Shipping and Returns
—The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Shipping—
Most of our items ordered from our website now could be shipped out within 3 working days.
Currently, our shipping methods are as follows:
- USPS First Class (2-5 business days)
- UPS Mail Innovations (4-7 business days)
- UPS Ground (4-7 business days)
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order. Shipping rates are based on weight, the number of iHealth products ordered, and your selected delivery address. Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process. We do not offer the ability to select a shipping option for your order. We also do not currently offer any expedited shipping options.
For Thermometers and pulse oximeter we charge $9.99 per unit shipping cost to cover the rising air freighting logistics cost from Asia and the rising handling cost due to the pandemic.

Xtellar partners with UPS, UPS-MI, FedEx, or USPS to ship your packages. Orders generally ship the next business day ( Saturday and Sunday are not the business day), if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00 pm PST. However, we cannot guarantee your order will ship the next business day, regardless of the shipping method you select. We make every effort to send out your order as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping is only available to the contiguous U.S for very few items of ours. We are not able to ship to Alaska and Hawaii or outside the contiguous U.S. at this time, including U.S. territories and military bases. We hope to expand outside the U.S. in the future, but we don’t have a timeline for when that will be available. However, you can purchase Xtellar products on Amazon.com and they can be shipped to you through them.
**Shipping terms for Xtellar Thermometer.**
Orders for thermometer placed at Xtellarus.com are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed and are shipped via UPS MI Ground (4-7 business days), USPS, or UPS Ground ( Only when order QTY over 24 units). We do not offer different shipping options at this time. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, the availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order. After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can use the UPS website to track your order using the tracking number provided: https://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html or you can look up this tracking number in the UPS search box on your Account page.

Incorrect Address
Please verify your address when ordering, we are unable to fix an incorrect shipping address on an order once it is in transit. If your order is in transit with an incorrect address, please reach out to your carrier to reroute the package. Xtellar is not able to have packages rerouted or contact the carrier on your behalf.
Refunds will not be issued for packages that were shipped to an incorrect address but it may be possible for a replacement package to be sent, please contact the customer service team to see if you are eligible.
Return Policy
For product or products purchased (the “Product”) directly from Xtellar's website (www.Xtellarus.com), this return policy allows you to return the Product after obtaining an Xtellar return material authorization (“RMA”) during the 30 day period following date of shipment by Xtellar. If the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging in accordance with this policy, we will exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid, which refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase. The RMA may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department. The Product must be received by Xtellar within 10 days after issuance of the RMA.
All Products must be packed in the original, unopened and unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the Product. The RMA number must be included with the returned Product.
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Xtellar. If you return the Product to Xtellar (a) without a RMA, (b) beyond the 10 days RMA issuance period, or (c) without proper packaging, Xtellar retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time.
